Country of sale covered by this policy: Malaysia.

We accept returns for defective products only.

• Arrives damaged or not working as described
• Has a manufacturing fault
• Does not match the product description on the product page in a material way due to a fault or error on our side

What We Do Not Accept

• Exchanges: We do not accept product exchanges
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Wrong size, colour, or variant selected by the customer
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, or normal wear
• Products returned without prior approval

Return Window

You must report a defective product within 14 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after this window may be declined.

How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number, product name, and a clear description of the defect.
3. Attach photos or videos showing the defect where possible.
4. Wait for our written approval and return instructions before sending any item back.

Return Shipping & Resolution

• After approval, we will advise how to return the defective item.
• If the product is confirmed defective, we will offer a refund or replacement of the same item, at our discretion.
• Approved return shipping for confirmed defects is covered by us unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Refunds (if issued) are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
